When to Call the Clinic
We are here to help and early intervention could prevent complications.
Please call us for any symptoms including those listed below.

  • New or increased shortness of breath
  • Chills or fever greater than 100.4
  • Any symptoms of possible infection including but not limited to:
    • Burning, hesitancy or frequency with urination
    • Productive cough with discolored sputum
  • No bowel movement for 2-3 days
  • More than 3-4 episodes of diarrhea in a day
  • Unmanaged nausea or vomiting
  • Unmanaged pain
  • Swelling, redness and/or pain on extremities
  • Dizziness or lightheadedness
  • Mouth sores, difficulty swallowing, or frequent heartburn
  • Severe fatigue
  • Dark colored urine, less urine than normal

Call 911 or go directly to the emergency department for signs or symptoms of heart attack or stroke.

How to Call your Compass Care Team After Hours

Please call the main number to your provider’s office. This number is answered 24/7. When you call the main number, you will hear a brief recording. Please listen carefully to the options listed below and select appropriately.

  2. Scheduling and Medical Advice:
    1. Any appointment requests or questions
    2. Medical questions regarding symptoms, prescriptions, results or medical advice
  3. Billing Department
  4. Direct extension: Not intended for patient use
