Biography

Drew Middendorf, BSW, RBSW, serves as a Social Services Resource Specialist at Compass Oncology, supporting patients across all clinic locations. He helps patients navigate the challenges of a cancer diagnosis by connecting them with valuable community and healthcare resources, including in-home care services, primary care and counseling referrals, support groups, and financial and transportation assistance.

With a compassionate and patient-centered approach, Drew is dedicated to helping individuals and families access the resources they need throughout their cancer journey. He understands that a cancer diagnosis can be one of the most difficult experiences a person may face and strives to make each patient’s experience as smooth and manageable as possible.

Outside of work, Drew enjoys spending time outdoors, playing video games, and caring for his animals.
